I’m a lyrical yoga nidra teacher for grounded humans who want to embrace their body’s ever-changing needs, so they can unapologetically honor, trust, & co-exist with their inner + outer world(s).

And while the spiritual journey is supposed to make you question everything you thought you knew (so much fun, am I right😅), what I noticed with myself & my clients is that it’s important to also incorporate some ease, comfort and solace into the journey of bridging the gap between your outer & inner worlds—because the world is frustrating enough as it is. 

I believe you deserve to turn the effort mode off sometimes — which is the heart of ALL of the spaces I’ve created, so you can do just that while bringing more lightheartedness to your mindfulness.
